Indiana Lawrence is a Trinidadian-British multidisciplinary designer who recently graduated from Central Saint Martins with BA in Graphic Design. She is a practitioner whose work often centres around the tangible, and often every day — human connections, interactions, objects and artefacts which exist within our lives. Fascinated by storytelling in the widest sense, she seeks to find out how people view themselves and the world around them. A firm believer in populism and accessibility, Indiana is interested in making work that speaks to the non-creative practitioner who wouldn't ordinarily be involved in discussions around art. She seeks to reach the outsider and the insider.
